The pelvic floor is a layer of muscle that stretches from your pubic bone in the front to your tailbone at the back, forming the ‘floor’ of the pelvis. What does it do? A toned pelvic floor : *Supports the pelvic organs (bladder uterus and bowel). *Helps close off the bladder and bowel outlets to prevent leakage. *Contributes to sexual response and orgasm.
